Main Entrance
Public access to the theatre is from 16th Avenue either via the steps or from the wheelchair ramp which begins at corner of the theatre nearest to Cameron Road.
Surrounded by residential and retail streets, free streetside parking and a nearby off-street carpark are available within the immediate surroundings. The nearby retail shops are closed when the theatre is open so there is plenty of parking.

The Auditorium
The auditorium has a seating capacity of 150 and is accessible for wheelchairs. It provides a comfortable yet intimate setting for the cast and audience. The seating plan is as shown below. If you have any enquiries regarding seating requirements please contact us.

The Green Room Lounge and Bar
The social hub of the theatre is the Green Room Lounge and Bar with both bar and kitchen facilities. This comfortable lounge is used for hosting patrons for drinks and snacks prior to shows, during intermission and post show. The Green Room is also regularly used by the society membership for social events, as the venue for committee meetings and AGMs. The Green Room is suitable for private hires as a venue for AGMs & other meetings, Social Gatherings, Team Building days. In concert with the Sparrows Wing (below) and depending on how much furnishing is desired the Green Room can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people.
Our sale of liquor license permits the sale of liquor only in conjunction with entertainment events. At all other times a special licence is required as a charge to the hirer.

The Sparrow's Wing
This lounge area is an annexe accessed from the Green Room. It is regularly used as a meeting room, as additional changing room facilities (it has direct access to backstage) and as the Supper Room for larger social gatherings in the Green Room. The Sparrows wing has separate access from the Kitchen.

Dressing Room Facilities
Recently refurbished, the cast dressing room facility provides a light spacious environment complete with a lounge and bathroom facilities (including a shower).

Workshop
The backstage workshop area is the starting point for the creation of so many of the realistic illusions which have set the scene for audiences over many years.
