Following a sold out NZ Premiere season in Howick, Auckland, we present a wonderful comedy by Canadian Michele Riml. Sexy Laundry is an hilariously funny and very real play involving Alice and Henry who have been married for 25 years. Alice decides their marriage needs a little spicing up, so books an hotel room for the weekend, where they air all their laundry, dirty, clean, and otherwise. "We have two talented and experienced actors taking the roles of Alice and Henry; Michelle McAnulty-Smith as Alice, last seen on stage as Enid in "Death and Taxe$", and Alan Williscroft as Henry, last seen on stage as McMurphy in "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest". Michelle and Alan are really looking forward to working 'very closely' together and getting to know each other as they develop their characters. This play is an absolute must see as it is one of the funniest and most poignant plays that I have seen and read in a long time" - Merv Beets.
